EKI’s HR Director joins the board of Youth Guidance

Rocio Telinski, EKI’s Human Resources Director joins the board of directors of
Youth Guidance.

About Youth Guidance

Youth Guidance is a school-based non-profit social service agency that helps at-risk students use their talents to create positive futures by providing programs that guide them academically, socially and emotionally.

Since 1924, Youth Guidance has served the at-risk children and youth of metropolitan Chicago. Youth Guidance became a leader in the social service sector in 1969 when they established full-time outposts in the Chicago Public Schools, working collectively with faculty and staff to meet the needs of the children. Youth Guidance serves more than 18,000 children, youth and families annually.

About Rocio Telinski

Rocio Telinski started EKI with its co-founders in 1997. In this role she is responsible for the Human Resources and Recruiting areas. She has served clients like Unext.com, Anexsys, Accenture, City of Chicago, Kraft Foods and FMC.  Prior to EKI, Mrs. Telinski worked at ExecuSearch, as a Recruiting Manager for three years, where she recruited IT professionals for high-tech clients such as Oracle Corporation, Lotus Development/IBM, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard and Microsoft.

Mrs. Telinski also worked at Foote Cone & Belding (FCB), an international advertising agency in Mexico City. While at FCB, she was the Human Resources Manager for six years and was responsible for the Human Resources and Recruiting areas.

Rocio holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources from Iberoamericana University, Mexico, City, and completed the Human Resources Management Program at National-Louis University, Chicago, Illinois.

Rocio is an active member of the following associations: National Society of Hispanic MBA’s, Society of Human Resources Management, The Association of Latino Information Technology Professionals (ALITP), and the Society of Hispanic Engineers.
